How to Request Account Deletion
- Prepare Your Email: Use the email linked to your Thomsun Music Plus account.
- Include Your Mobile Number: Make sure to include the mobile number associated with your account in the email. This is essential for us to identify and verify your account ownership.
- Send to Our Support: Click on the link below to open your email client with a pre-filled subject and body. Simply add your mobile number where indicated and send the email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed. We will confirm once your account has been deleted.
